14 June 2014 Interest accrued but not due to a scheduled bank will fall under ambit of 43B items or not?

14 June 2014 any sum payable by the assessee as interest on any loan or advances from a scheduled bank in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement governing such loan or advances......? if the agreement of loan has some such clause (Which is rarely the case)....then only it can form part of 43B, else NO
