15 October 2017 in some of the clarification i have read that in 43b only indirect taxes are allowed. and tds is not an indirect tax.

15 October 2017 Ma'am, sec 40 (a) (ii) and 40(a) (ii) expressively disallow income tax and wealth tax , so why 43b will cover income tax..??
