21 February 2012 Dear Sir
We are in Domestic Tariff area, we purchased goods to SEZ, Surat with paid of 4% SAD and also the SEZ unit paid the sales tax. Now i am requesting you please advice me under which SEZ rule we will get the refund of 4 % SAD from SEZ, Customs. We also not availing the Cenvat.

21 February 2012 in the light of Custom Notification No. 102/2007-Customs New Delhi, the 14th September, 2007 can avail refund apply.

22 February 2012 But SEZ, Customs authority is not accepting the same, they are saying there is no provision for the same refund, kindly advice.
