3rd revised return & adding of new services

Dear Experts,
I have two quarries as below.
1. Can a Service tax return of fy 13-14 be "re" revised? I mean we had an service tax audit and there were some mistakes found which leads us to re revised the audit and pay out certain dues.
2. We had a works contract service for the py 13-14 but we had not shown the same in the 1st half return of fy 13-14. do I need to add any services in service tax dept to file the return or I can add the service whenever I file a fresh ST 3

1. yes only within 90 days of filling the original return.
2.u need to ammend the st-1 reg in this case asap and should have shown this in py 13-14 return itself.

Thank you Tushar But I am asking to revise the original return for the 2nd or 3rd time. I heard it can be revised after application of a letter to the supre. of s tax and file the s tax return manually? dont knw if anyone have done this. please help if some has gone through the same issue. TIA

youcan revise any number of time provided the time limit is not over of 90 days counting from first st-3.
and once u have filed online then u can revise only online then manual is not allowed.

ohh k..quite complicated..now got it..and what if dept found any error there as we have an s tax audit?

1st revision should be made within 90 days from the date of filling of return. there is no time lime for subsequent revision of return.

depends on what errors they find and whether u have filed the re-revised return b4 he finding the error.
