WHAT IS 3CD & 3CB ? WHEN IT IS APPLICABLE?

These words are associated with TAX audit under Income Tax Act, 1961. Form 3 CD is common to all types of assessees. Form 3 CB is the audit report for those assessees whose accounts are not audited under any other Act for the time being in the force.
