08 May 2015 I had already uploaded 3CB & 3CD within 30 Nov 2014 but not approved till date.
1. what will be the consequences?
2. what will be our next step, whether approve now or not?

09 May 2015 not approved by whom? the client? if that is the case, unless the client approves, the audit report wont be considered as submitted

09 May 2015 yes. Its not apwproved by client. If i approve now , whether there will be any problem in assessment ? Whether will have to charge penalty & etc.

09 May 2015 whether the charge penalty or not - not something you or I can decide. But yes, AO have the powers. In any case you should get the client to approve at the earliest. delay is not going to help him in any manner.
