I HAVE GIVEN INSTALLMENT TO BUILDER ON 7/6/2016. MY QUERY IS MAY I DEDUCT TDS TODAY ONWARD , OR I HAVE TO WAIT TILL COMPLETE THIS MONTH (MEANS AFTER THIS MONTH / BEFORE 7 JULY)

yes you can deposit the tds till last date of next month and deposit the same. as per u/s 194IA
