I PAID TO BUILDER INSTALLMENT ON 04/05/2016 AND SAME I DEPOSIT TDS ON 06/06/2016 ( BEFORE DUE DATE) BUT I RECEIVE DEFAULT NOTICE THAT U HAVE TO PAY INTEREST ON LATE DEDUCTION 200/-

No, this notice is not valid. As per section 194IA of the Income Tax Act,1961 7th June, 2016 is the due date for furnishing of challan-cum-statement in respect of tax deducted under Section 194-IA in the month of May, 2016
