Dear Sir,
Acknowledgement issued by TIN showing zero Unmatched challans after submission of form 26Q, because I have made tally all entries with CSI file.
Now cpc has processed this return with an unmatched challan. And in form 16A related to that particular challan is also showing (U) unmatched.
When acknowledgement of TIN showing zero unmatched challan and I had prepared return after camparing challans with csi file, why did Trace made this particular challan unmatced and asking me to pay it by sending an intimation.
Whether it is a computer glitch of Trace automated system.
Please advise me, what should I do.
