with regard to above matter, i am given my file to one of the consultant for filling the Income Tax Return,for the previous year... But this year i want to file the ITR myself. but the consultant is not providing the Password for filling the return.. i have mailed the my pan card details to Validateindia.gov.in for regeneration of the password ,,,but in reply they are saying that the password is forwarded to your registered mail id.. but i dont know the Reg mail id what he has given & also the password...
So what is the procedure to get the new password...
WHETHER I CAN TAKE ANY LEGAL ACTION AS PER IT ACT FOR NON PROVIDEANCE FOR PASSWORD
