mismatch form 26as and form no.16 A. How credit the in form no 26as

Please give your correect PAN to the deductor and request him to revise the TDS return quoting your correct PAN to enable you to get credit of the TDS amount.

It seems that the deductor has not either deposited the TDS or after deposit has not filed the TDS return. Contact the deductor for correction of their TDS return after giving your correct PAN number. It will solve your problem
