SIR,
my 26as statement showing o status if i file return will i get my refund on o status in 26as.

Generally refund allotted only if TDS matched with 26AS. But you can file showing details & later on raising intimation give clarification in this regard.

Mam what should I tell to my employer so that he can correct the problem in 26as

Let the 'O' status be converted to 'F'.
