05 January 2025 26QB Zip Folder is password protected. Buyers or Sellers PAN is not working to open the same. This is the same case for 2 of us. Please help!

05 January 2025 If the PAN(in capital letters) of buyer is not working; contact TRACES helpline.

Check your challan for the PAN of buyer, it may have been misspelled.

05 January 2025 Thanks for the quick revert. No Issue with Pan number on challan. Apparently old 26QB Zip that worked last month is not opening up with PAN as well.

Will contact Traces Helpline.
