In case of appointment of auditor form is not filed for previous year ie finanical years from 2008-2010 . but form such as annual return and finanical accounts are filed . then also we need to file 23b as after 11 aug fees will be leived on same.

You should file 23B for all previous years though accounts and annual return are filed for previous years.
