19 September 2013 Pay thorough ITNS 281. In ITNS 281 there is a specific column "Fee undersec. 234E" for its payment.

20 September 2013 Any section to which such late filing of return relates. Say if in return there is section 194I, 194C etc. then you can mention any one of the code, say 94C

01 October 2013 Sir, I know that we have to fill different Chalan 281 for different nature of payment or code, but can we issue a single cheque for different challan,

like one cheque of Rs. 1000/-
its including amt. of Rs. 500/- as Tds on contractor & Rs. 500/- as Tds on Rent etc.
