i need a clarification on 234A
tax payable----50000
prepaid taxes/tds----65000

amount refund-(15000)

unfortunately , i forgot to file my return on / before due date
and filed on february 15 2010?

how much i penelised under sec 234A ?
on which amount that 1 % to be calculated?


help me plsssssss?
