234b and 234c interst calculation over 60 years applicable

Age is not a criteria to levy interest u/s 234A. Again if the said assessee has no income under the head 'income from business and profession' levy of interest u/s 234B and 234C will not attract.

at present if your age is 60 and you have no business income then advance tax deposit not required from F Y 2012-13.
