CAN WE MAKE A PROVISON FOR INCOME TAX INCL 234 A B C INTEREST?

Income tax provision can be made with 234B&C, but A is practically not possible since it is interest on late filling of return . we close the books before filling the income tax return. if you are closing the books also the lately after income tax return filling date then that is possible
