28 May 2013 Hi,

Can you please let me know whether budget 2013 proposals(such as reduction in excemption for charitable trusts from Rs 25lacs to rs. 10lacs) relating to indirect taxes is being accepted(for example, direct taxes proposals in Budget 2013 was passed in lok sabha and Finance Act 2013 for direct taxes came into effect 10.5.2013). If yes please given reference/link.

30 May 2013 yes for indirect it has been accepted too and enacted as on 17th may.

u can check the 1st paragraph of the following new rule of vces
