Dear Sir,
I want to know that, how can I surrender a extra PAN card, that has been alloted by the department.
I have 2 PAN number alloted in my name and is there any penalty regarding this.
Please help me ASAP.

Penalty of Rs.10000 attract for having 2 pan in one name.
You have surrender 1 Pan no which you are not using.

YES SURRENDER THE PAN CARD THROUGH FORM 49A. CORRECTION /CHANGES IN PAN DATA...AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
