2 C-Form for 1 bill

Suppose One bill is for Rs 2 Lacs and wrongly C Form was issued for 1 lacs

Now can another C Form be issued for the balance 1 lacs, does any reference to previous C Form is to be made?

09 July 2010 But the problem is that the same has been submitted by party to department and it includes other bills also, hence it is asking only C Form for the balance because their assessment is going on.
