Is it legal?

Which legal action should be taken, if this event occurs?

19 March 2011 No,two opinions can't be given on same financial year books of account.If that is done he is guilty of professional misconduct and ction will be taken under First Schedule.A supplementary report can be given which is a supplement to main report.
