04 September 2009 sir i will going to file my 11st return but i wanna know the format of balance sheet and PL .main fields are salary 10000/- pm bonus and LIC Premiums 1500/- p.a .Also note that i have been married april 2009 so i wanna show gifts such as gold and money. i also give tution to students as part time so wat will be the balance sheet format

06 September 2009 There is no specific format for an individual. Also as per notification u dont have to submit any paper like compuutation, B/s with the return. Just fill the applicable ITR to u and submit it with IT Depat.

However u can maintain thye records in simple T form for ur records.

07 September 2009 ok thanks but please guide me if i show my income like that will it be good or not

salary 112000 bank 8125 cash 12800 gifts from marriage 180425 ...so i wanna show my file upto 150000 so that it will have nil tax and strong too. so wat i show other than that? Tution Fee ? can i show that upto 38000/- ??
