17 January 2010 Pls guide me by providing a copy of 1st AMG of Pvt Company.

Pvt Fprmed 18.3.2008 and since then no ROC filing done.

whether 18 months account prepared and efile ROC form at present

What are the penalties

pls provide all step by step formalities with ROC

18 January 2010 Last date for holding your fist AGM would be 17.09.2009 in compliance with section 166 read with 210.

You may file your annual a/c with ROC with in 2 months from the date of AGM.
