Dear Sir,
My query is that if only single bill is Rs. 23500/- during the year can i deduct TDS on this amount or not. Please guide us.

No. TDS not required to be deducted since threshold limit of Rs 30000/- p.a. is not crossed.

no limit is rs. 30000/- for single bill u/s 194C.
