dear experts
1 lady who is housewife so there is no any business or any type of other income but her tax deducted from mandli (co-op society)on prize of colour tv @ 30 % as u/s 194B (Winning from lottery or crosswordpuzzle).currently deducted tax shown in 26AS.should her claim for that t.d.s which shown in 26AS? reply soon thank you

SHOW THE VALUE OF TV AS INCOME FROM OTHER SOURCES.

TAX HAS TO BE CALCULATED AT SPECIAL RATE 30.9%. IT WILL MATCH WITH THE TDS AMOUNT.
NO REFUND WILL BE ALLOWED AGAINST SUCH TDS.
