19 February 2011 where to submit 15G forms to IT Dept. by bank..bcz there is different persons & income sources so pls tell me do these forms need to submit to one place ?

20 February 2011 It should b submitted to jurisdictional Commissioner of Incometax and in some area, it can also be filed to ITO (TDS) authorised by CCIT/CIT.
