i have made payment of int. on loan to an individual. he has given me form 15G. my query is that i have to submit this to tds department or IT dept.

1. Form 15G has to be filed in your jurisdictional CHIEF COMMISSIONER /COMMISSIONER'S office as the case may be.
2. To be filed on or before 7th day of the month next following the month in which you received the declaration.
