19 August 2014 sir i had to make a payment of conference fees in terms of dollar approx 315$ to be held in sri lanka,I want to know will i had to deduct tds and furnish detail in 15CA and 15CB.(payment to be made to consultancy service provider)
urgent reply needed,
any help surely be appreciated
