15ca/15cb form needed for import of goods?

Please let me know if we want to Import a Electronics Goods for Resale purpose in India do we have to produce 15CA/15CB Form to the Bank.

Form 15CA&CB is mandatory for every remittance from India to outside India for whatever reason.
