From F.Y.2012 - 13 Senior citizen means whose as equal to or above 65 as on date of ending of the financial year. I think in the last budget in March-12 it changed but i don't confirm because i also read it at one place and also i received a message from Carockers. OM SAI SRI SAI JAI JAI SAI
