22 June 2015 Our bank is giving Buyers Credit of 60 days for Foreign Remittance. Under this Buyers Credit, the Bank is remitting Fund to the Foreign Company (Seller of Raw Material) on our behalf instantly and the same will be debited from our Account after 60 days of remittance.

Can we file Form 15CA at the time of Remittance from Bank to Foreign Company ?
or

Can we file Form 15CA at the time of Remittance to Bank ?

Now, kindly let us know the date of filling of 15CA ?
