04 July 2013 Dear Sir,

I passed the CA final & got registration no. But I have not COP (certificate of practice). At present I employee in limited company as a finance advisor. So, pl advise can i sign the 15 CA & CB certificate without COP.?

05 July 2013 No..you cannot sign as you are employee

To be signed and verified by an accountant (other than an employee) as defined in the Explanation to section 288 of the Income-tax Act, 1961
