if Pvt ltd is making remittance to foreign company in $ currency
but they are sending $ currency only. according to them no need to convert in indian Rs.
As per 15CA requirement we have to mention amount in Indian Rupess also
it is possible we can mention only $ not amount in Indian Currency

you have to mention Approximate Value on the date of Conversion at the date of remittance . under 15ca you have to mention amount payable in foreign currency and Indian Rupees.
