19 August 2014 I uploaded my e return for A Y 2013-14 on march 29th. The ITR V wsa received in CPC on april 2 2014. My query is the return is deemed to be submitted in FY 13-14, for 143(2) sept.30th 2014.I have yet receive 143(1). As per CPC call center the ITR is under process.Thanks

19 August 2014 limitation for 143(2) shall remain 30 september 2014. Date of receipt of ITRV at CPC is not relevant where it is received within the prescribed time limit.

20 August 2014 date will remain 30.9.2014 due to time for submitting with CPC is 120 days from the date of submit.
