I am checking every day it says refund/demand not determind. Almost one year has passed .why they are taking so much of this year.

you only can know reason for delay with login if you income tax portal and by making call to ask
however in my brother case refund got pending because of tds credit mismatch which will be result of his auditor negigence
.

i have done rectification only,,just 2 days back status updated,,means previously it was shown demand now no demand shown,,demand was rectified,,it may release refund shortly
