i hv paid via Self asst. tax 4460/- but As computed u/s 143 ( 1 ) is showing 0. hw cum it is so.

It is a case of rectification u/s.154. So you need to file rectification letter mentioning this fact along with the supporting for payment of SA tax, to the jurisdictional assessing officer. It may be system error, which is general in nature and will be easily solved.
