14/15/16 th july is the last date for tds return

12 July 2012 i want to file tds return and due date is 15 th july .but on 15 th this is sunday.can i make tds retun on 16 th july 2012 which is monday.

is it allow?

12 July 2012 yes, you can file TDS return on succeeding day i.e 16th july 2012. There is no issue.
