10 November 2015 Dear Experts, I got notice u/s 139(9) from CPC, Bengaluru. Error code-2 described is 'No receipt of income has been offered in any heads of income for the TDS/TCS claimed in return'. TDS claimed is for contract income u/s 194c which is already offered by me in Profit & Loss Account credit side under other income i have filed itr 5 in java utility What is the resolution available to the same? Please help as I have to comply within 15 Days.

10 November 2015 sir our is a partnership firm so i have to file itr 5 and contrcat income is of partnership firm and not indidividual

11 November 2015 Then you say "OUR FIRM GOT NOTICE FROM CPC" in stead of saying "I GOT NOTICE"

Anyway, in that case write a letter to CPC stating that the same has been offerred through profit and loss account in line item "other income"
