06 December 2015 Dear Sir Please Any One Can Guide Me Regarding What Can I Do in Following Situation: If my Clients is Filled Return For AY-2013-14,14-15 Which Was Defectives and they Are Received Notice u/s 139(9) For AY-14-15 in Which Error is Regarding Non Payments Of TAX But Actually they have not Income Above then the Taxable Limit Due To Mistakes of OLD Tax Consultant He is Show To Much Much Higher Income So What Can Do I Can filled Revised Return For AY-2014-15 or First Reply to 139(9) ????? And Regarding the AY-2013-14 which was Also A Defective till Now Not Any Notice Receive...
