DECLARATION U/s. 2(15) OF THE INCOME TAX ACT, 1961
I, ............., aged about ..... years residing at No.1 Apartment, Rohtak Road, New
Delhi-1100005 solemnly affirm and declare as follows:-
THAT I am the Managing trustees of a trust viz., ANONYMOUS TRUST with its
office at .............................. New Delhi-1100005.
THAT I know the facts of the following declaration and I am competent to make
this declaration.
THAT the objects of the trust are not violating the 1st proviso of section
2(15) of the Income tax Act,1961 and,
THAT the trust in future also will not carry on any business which becomes an
infringement of the 1st proviso of section 2(15) of the Income tax Act,1961.
THAT the above statement is true and correct to the best of my knowledge
and belief.
