My internship started on 17th april 2013.
from that date to 26th july 2014 overall period is 1year and 3 months but actual period served in office is 10 months then can I eligible to take transfer ?

no. you wont be allowed the free transfer as is applicable to first year of articleship.
however, you can apply for approval on grounds provided in regulation 56.
