i would like to ask you that how co a company become 100% holding company according to co act 2013??

29 November 2014 Keep nominee shareholder for a small portion of capital

Example: out of 10,000 shares
A Ltd - 9,990 shares
(X person) Nominee of A Ltd - 10 shares

29 November 2014 Mr adnan this is according to ca act 1956... i am asking in co act 2013 becuase co act 2013 says about shareholding and not voting power..
