Can i get the information reg-
In the Case of 100% E.O.U, whether service tax on transportation has to be remitted & if so whether refund on such remittance can be claim?

EOU is not exempted from payment of Service tax.

If you have DTA sales you can utilise the said inward freight credit of service tax against payment of excise duty
