Is their any change in deduction limit in gratuity and leave encashment. Whether gratuity limit has been increased from 350000/- to 10 Lacs and in case of leave encashment it is restricted to 10 months salary or whether there is any monetary limit of Rs. 300000/-.
1. will there be any change if the employees is of Haryana State Electricity Board
or
2. employee of Autonomous body such as Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited.

No change Gratuity limit is Rs.3.5 Lakhs and Leave encashment is least of the 10 months salary or Rs.3 lakhs or acutal amount received
