16 January 2010 Is their any change in deduction limit in gratuity and leave encashment. Whether gratuity limit has been increased from 350000/- to 10 Lacs and in case of leave encashment it is restricted to 10 months salary or whether there is any monetary limit of Rs. 300000/-.

1. will there be any change if the employees is of Haryana State Electricity Board
or
2. employee of Autonomous body such as Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited.
