1 % rate for composition dealers(manufacturers)

23rd GST council meeting decides that uniform rate @ 1 % GST on composite dealers(both manufacturers & traders). Now, while filing GSTR4 for july-sep quarter can we select 1 % rate or we have to wait for official notification, by keeping return pending.

Dear Mr.Jagadesh Raj,
GST Rate @1% for Composite Manufacturer & Retailers will be effective from 15th of November i.e., notification date.

Notification for uniform composition rate is still not out, therefore it is advisable to wait for the same.
