Dear Sir,
If a company taken a Group insurance policy to its employees for premium of 1200000/-p.a,
while paying to the Tata AIG insurance company, can company deduct TDS on that???
Pls rply me Sir.............

TDS in not applicable on insurance premium paid to an insurance company.
