No , There is none.

There is no tax on stock trf. but in case of Delhi if you have purchased goods in Delhi than you can will have to leave 4% input tax credit on goods purchased.

One has to 'Reverse VAT'equivalent involved in purchase of items used in stock transfer.If clear co - reation don't exist then proportionately.
