ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL PROVISIONS WHICH HAVE TO BE TAKEN CARE OF WHEN THE COMPANY IS DEALING WITH ITS SISTER CONCERN ABROAD???????

In case it is a subsidiary, then all the provisions which applicable to holding company (e.g. Section 212 of Companies Act,1956)shall be applicable.
However, you have to comply with FEMA and RBI guidelines for transactions with foreign company.
