Dear Experts,
Is it permitted to a CA to do private tutorship along with full time COP i.e. a practicing CA is entitled to perform any attest function along with private tutorship?
If yes than what is the procedure to obtain permission for private tutorship with full time COP?

Yes, a Chartered Accountant in practice is allowed to accept private tutorship,
provided the direct teaching hours devoted to such activities do not exceed 25 hours a week with effect from 1.4.2005.
Permission is not required if with in the above limits. If exceeds, ICAI will not permit to continue with both.
